- Log in to ADRC website via http://www.adrc.com and submit the Online Data Recovery Request Form or a physical request form available at Acer Service Centre.
- You may wish to print out a copy for future reference. Please take note of the Request ID generated after submitting the form.

STEP 2: DELIVERY OF YOUR MEDIA TO OUR LAB |
-
Acer customers can call ADRC at our Acer delegated data recovery hotline 6773 9279 to arrange for a free pickup service. Alternatively, customers can send in their media to ADRC office located at:

-
Attach the printed Data Recovery Request Form above together with your media - this is important because this is the only way we can identify the source of your data media.
-
Please label your media with your Request ID. Pack your storage media carefully as they are vulnerable to shock and can be further damaged .
|
STEP 3: EVALUATION AND CONFIRMATION |
- After receiving your storage media, we will perform priority evaluation for Acer customers and send you a quotation within 24 hours.
- If you agree with the quotation, our engineers will proceed with the recovery.
|
STEP 4: DATA DELIVERY |
- Upon completing the job, ADRC will transfer the recovered data into a data media provided by customer.
- All important data must be backed up before passing the data media to ADRC .

PACKING INFORMATION |
- It is highly recommended that you have your item wrapped carefully in an anti-static or Ziplock bag to prevent further damage by static electricity.
- It would be better if you could wrap the device with at least two or three layers. This is a cheap method of ensuring that you will not suffer greater data loss!
- If you still have the original shipping materials - use them. Otherwise, cover your item in at least 2 inches of foam, bubble-wrap or use any anti-shock materials on all sides.
- Put the whole package in a sturdy box and label it clearly and securely. Remember to include your Request ID inside the box.
