 How do I receive my recovered data?

If your data size is less than 10 GB, we will copy your data onto a DVD.
There are also other circumstances whereby DVD ISO format may not be too suitable to backup your data (for instance, due to complicated and deep directory structure or large single file size).

Alternatively, we may need you to provide us with a data drive with sufficient capacity to copy the data. The data drive could be external USB drive or just a bare drive. If you need, we can purchase one for you.

How do we deliver the corrupted media to you?

I could not wait and need data ASAP!
