Priority Evaluation
Express Service

Standard Service

We will do a "check-up" on your media when you send it in for a free evaluation. The evaluation may take between 1 to 3 days (on a first-come-first-serve basis) and we will then generate a quotation for you. Upon quotation, if you decide not to continue with the recovery, there will be a S$50 cancellation fee.

There will be no charge if the data can not be recovered.

Priority Evaluation

A "check-up" will be done on a priority queue when we receive your media for a free evaluation. The evaluation will generally take about 24 hours after which we will generate a quotation for you. If you decide to cancel the job upon quotation, there will be a S$100 cancellation fee.

We will not charge if the data is unrecoverable.

Express Service

We will attempt to recover your data immediately within 48 hours upon receiving your media. We will bypass the evaluation, quotation and confirmation stages. You will be quoted a fixed price (generally 20%-40% higher than normal pricing) upon receiving your request.
