Under mutual agreement between Seagate and Adroit Data Recovery Centre Pte Ltd (ADRC), the warranty of Seagate hard disk is still valid after data recovery service is performed by ADRC.
If your disk is still under warranty, kindly fill up the Seagate warranty claim form and pass it to our customer service staff when submitting the disk to us.
