Adroit Data Recovery Centre certainly knows what they are doing. They managed to recover critical data from my crashed hard disk. We would recommend their service to anyone.
They are professional people who will let you decide whether you want to proceed with the recovery by giving you a preliminary report of what data is recoverable, so that you won't feel cheated if the data recovered is not what you want. I think this is very important.

From Day 1 to the completion of the data recovery, ADRC had proved to be an extremely flexible company to work with. I am indeed very grateful to ADRC and Felix for going through great lengths to retrieve my data when it crashed.
Professionally, within a short span of time, you were able to get the job done. This is even though you had to source out the computer components from overseas to get it working, because my hard disk had crashed badly.
Personally, after the data was retrieved, you had patiently "walked through" with me and helped to retrieve my various important files (one at a time) and all the data was there- intact!
The above may seem dutiful to you, but it had meant a lot to me, as I was like a workman working without my tools (data), till you helped retrieved it all.

You solved a big problem for me very quickly, with extreme professionalism, at very reasonable rates, and you went the extra mile, delivering more than I expected - i.e. getting the image back was not part of the work and you could have easily not done it, considering that the data recovery job itself had gone to completion successfully, and I was going to pay the full amount anyway.

Although there are many other data-recovery centres that have quoted lower prices, ADRC has given me high success rate and assurance.
Also, the distributors of the HDD that I use recognise ADRC as a repair lab and are willing to do an RMA for the HDD under warranty, which is an assurance that ADRC have the capability to do such jobs.
Furthermore, Felix has been most patient and had been a great help to understand my predicament and was at hand to give a stage by stage update on the recovery status.
