If large email files are lost or deleted, commercial recovery software will seldom work. Special in-house developed recovery technique must be deployed in these cases.
In order to have a successful recovery, it is important that no further work should be performed. In some cases, the data media containing the corrupted mails may need to be submitted for full recovery work.
