Or you can fill up the form in our office if you are coming down personally. A REQUEST ID will be generated upon submission of the online form. Please take note and indicate the Request ID on the media when you submit the disk to us.

| STEP 2 - SEND IN YOUR MEDIA TO US | |

The customers of ADRC now enjoy a number of convenient ways to send in the damaged media to us. |

| Pickup Service (For Singapore Customers) | |
You can contact us or simply fill up our electronic dispatch form to request for the local dispatch service. Within the same day, our dedicated dispatch team will collect and deliver your hard disk to our lab (please give us a minimum lead time of 4 hours). Depends on your urgency, we can also arrange to collect your data media and hurry it to our lab within 2 hours. The delivery and return of recovered data and original data media may also be arranged in the same way.
To some, you may find it more convenient to send the data media to our collection points for a free pickup in Funan Digital Mall, Liang Court or Parkway Parade while you are doing computer shopping there. |
