The service is completely free of charge for invoiced customers who have accepted the price quotation and successfully recover the data by ADRC .

Typically for a hard disk, the dispatch service fee costs $15 - $20 (normal service) per trip.

The delivery fee varies based on the following factors:

• Packing size and weight
• Any waiting time
• Location (Special area such as Jurong Island, Sentosa Island, Changi Airport and Cargo Terminal)
• Special Timing (Collection between 6pm - 9am & full day for weekends and public holidays)
• Opting for the Express Service

Bulk items such as laptops, CPUs and Servers will require van service and the delivery charge will differ. Please contact us at 6773 9279 for more information.

Please ensure that your media is packed securely before passing the media to the courier for collection.
