At the end of the evaluation period, a price quotation will be given for customers’ approval before we start the recovery process.

However, if you decide not to proceed with the recovery upon quotation, a cancellation fee of S$50 is chargeable.

No cancellation fee or any forms of lab fee if the job is evaluated to be unrecoverable.

If we can not recover your required data, there will be no cancellation fee or any forms of lab fee.

Within 1 working day

No cancellation fee or any forms of lab fee if the job is evaluated to be unrecoverable.

No evaluation will be performed on the disk. We will proceed to recover the data on your hard disk and complete the job within 48 hours (2 working days). On average, we could do it within 1 working day.

A price quote will be given upfront before we proceed with the recovery.

The price will be 20% - 40% higher than the normal recovery fees.

If we cannot recover your required data, there will be no lab fee charged.
