Types of Service Level

 We provide free evaluation for customers who need a quote from us before proceeding with the recovery service. We also provide urgent service for customers who need their data back ASAP.

Customers can choose any of the three service plans, depending on their needs:

* Recovery process might take longer if the job complexity is higher.
** For RAID disk configurations, cancellation fee of S$250 applies.

STANDARD SERVICE

Evaluation Period: Within 1-3 working days

  • At the end of the evaluation period, a price quotation will be given for customers’ approval before we start the recovery process.
  • However, if you decide not to proceed with the recovery upon quotation, a cancellation fee of S$50 is chargeable.
  • No cancellation fee or any forms of lab fee if the job is evaluated to be unrecoverable.

** For RAID disk configurations, cancellation fee of S$250 applies.

Recovery Process: On average * 2 ~ 3 working days

  • If we cannot recover your required data, there will be no cancellation fee or any forms of lab fee.

* Recovery process might take longer if the job complexity is higher.

Pricing: May range from $200 to thousand odd dollars for a typical 100GB IDE/SATA hard disk. The charge may be higher if the job complexity increases.

EXPRESS SERVICE

Evaluation Period

  • No evaluation will be performed on the disk.

Recovery Process

  • We will proceed to recover the data on your hard disk and complete the job within 48 hours (2 working days). On average, we could do it within 1 working day.

Pricing

  • A price quote will be given upfront before we proceed with the recovery.

  • The price will be 20% - 40% higher than the normal recovery fees.

  • If we cannot recover your required data, there will be no lab fee charged.
