We provide free evaluation for customers who need a quote from us before proceeding with the recovery service. We also provide urgent service for customers who need their data back ASAP.
Customers can choose any of the three service plans, depending on their needs:

At the end of the evaluation period, a price quotation will be given for customers’ approval before we start the recovery process. However, if you decide not to proceed with the recovery upon quotation, a cancellation fee of S$50 is chargeable. If we cannot recover your required data, there will be no cancellation fee or any forms of lab fee. |
