ADRC Data Recovery Express Support FAQ

 I've made payment but I did not receive my registration code/key!

We will send the registration code/key IMMEDIATELY after Paypal sends us the confirmation via a script. This is an automated process. Sometimes Paypal delays this when their server is overloaded and can take as long as 24 hours.

We will register the software to the name on the Paypal account and send the registration details to the email address registered on the Paypal account.

In some rare circumstances, the registration details do get filtered out as Spam. So be sure to check your Spam folder.

If you've waited 24 hours and it's not in the Spam folder, please request for the registration code/key, here.
