License Agreement

This product is offered as a freeware. You are allowed to use this software published by Adroit Data Recovery Centre Pte Ltd (ADRC) at home or at work without paying a commercial license fee .

You are however NOT allowed to do the following:

1. Redistribute the software in any manner, including by computer media, a file server, an email attachment, via a floppy etc.
2. Embed the software in or link it to another program including internal applications, scripts, batch files, etc. without prior consent of ADRC.
3. Use of the software for technical support on customer computers for revenue generating activities.
4. Sales of software for profit.
5. Any types of reverse engineering to re-package the software in different product names.

This Freeware is provided by ADRC as a tool for basic DIY data recovery. It is offered without support. All reasonable effort had been taken to ensure that the software is running fine. However, ADRC will not be responsible for any new or aggravated damages that may result from using this software. By using this software, you agree to use it at your own risk.
