Many thanks for all the work that has gone into recovering what amounts to being a year and a half of photographs -most importantly being the ones of my family. Alot of what I had taken was backed up but not the most recent photos. So I was devastated when the computer had a complete hard drive failure. All the staff I have had contact with have been more than helpful and have taken the time and patience to answer all my questions as well as taking on the challenge of what appears to be the most difficult data recovery task to date. Whilst not 100% successful I truly do appreciate what has been retrieved. Many thanks for all your hard work.

It is solid efficient and competent work to solve a difficult problem where the data was vital to ongoing operation. I recommend ADRC to anyone with a need to dig into a hard drive and retrieve lost data even if it is RAID configuration
