Although there are many other data-recovery centres that have quoted lower prices, ADRC has given me high success rate and assurance. Also, the distributors of the HDD that I use recognise ADRC as a repair lab and are willing to do an RMA for the HDD under warranty, which is an assurance that ADRC have the capability to do such jobs.
Furthermore, Felix has been most patient and had been a great help to understand my predicament and was at hand to give a stage by stage update on the recovery status.

The service is fast enough, and the admin process is very flexible. This makes sense as what is more important is to recover the data fast than on spending time on paper work. They have the can attitude and they know what the actual deliverable is – recovered data, not paper work. Overall I am happy with the service provided. You may like to change your Japanese keyboard at the service counter.
